PRAGUE —
A regional passenger relate within the Czech Republic collided Sunday with a bus and derailed, injuring 12 people, officials said.

The Rail Safety Inspection said the accident took place Sunday morning at a crossing end to the city of Benesov located southeast of Prague. The agency said five passengers on the relate and five bus passengers were injured alongside with each and each drivers.

The regional rescue provider said one person turned into rushed to a Prague sanatorium. The others were treated on the scene before being taken to a nearby sanatorium.

The agency is investigating the distance off of the collision.
