LEXINGTON, Ky. — A man who killed a U.S. Marine in Kentucky used to be sentenced Thursday to lifestyles with out parole.

Fayette Judge Julie Muth Goodman adopted a jury’s advice and sentenced Dawan Mulazim, 36, to lifestyles with out parole for the lethal shooting of Jonathan Ticket.
