South Wales Police acknowledged the incident took enviornment at about 02: 30 GMT on the A4226 in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

The fragment between the Travelodge resort and the roundabout the put the avenue meets Port Boulevard is due to be closed “for some time”.
